Chatmetric is a product of my own that I designed, built and published to analyze exported WhatsApp and Instagram conversations: who writes the most, how long replies take, when the chat is active and how it all changes over time:
Custom web and apps
Development of chatmetric.app and the Android and iOS apps on the same analysis engine, able to process large chat files in seconds, with no sign-up needed for the first analysis.
Store publishing
Store listings, screenshots, legal texts and Google Play and App Store reviews, which are demanding for apps handling conversation data, plus continuous updates.
Privacy by design
The uploaded file is deleted from the server right after the analysis and the message text is never stored: the report only keeps numeric data and names, encrypted.
Minimum viable product
Web first, apps later: validating demand with the website before investing in the apps, then expanding it to seven languages.
