2. What data I process
- If you write to me: your name, email address and the content of the message you send through the form, by email, by phone or on LinkedIn.
- Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referral source, collected through cookies only if you give your consent. Details in the Cookie Policy.
- Server security log: every time a page loads I record the IP address, browser, requested page and the choice you made in the cookie panel. It does not use cookies and does not depend on your consent: I need it to detect and block bots and abusive access, and to be able to prove what you chose in the panel. I do not combine it with analytics or use it to profile you.
3. Why I use your data
- To reply to your message and continue the conversation you start.
- To confirm by email that I have received your message.
- To keep the WEBSITE secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To handle requests to exercise your rights.
I do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. How long I keep it
- Messages received: as long as needed to handle them and at most one year after the last contact, unless it becomes a professional relationship.
- Rights requests: 3 years after they are resolved.
- Server security log: 12 months; after that it is deleted periodically.
6. Providers and recipients
- Web hosting, database and email: IONOS Cloud, S.L.U. (Spain), with servers in the European Union. The form confirmation email is sent from info@solucionec.com, an account of the same controller.
- Analytics and campaign measurement: Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
- Embedded videos: Google Ireland Limited (YouTube), on the project pages that include them.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent free of charge by emailing info@davidrodriguezsanchez.com. I will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security and changes
I apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS encryption, access credentials stored outside the public area of the server, restricted access and regular software updates. I may update this policy; the current version is always the one published here.
